In December 2022, technicians from Hill Refrigeration attended a week-long training seminar at the Electro Freeze headquarters in East Moline, IL. While Hill Refrigeration has enjoyed a long history of servicing Electro Freeze ice cream and slush equipment, this training brought us new insight on troubleshooting and repair techniques as well as formalized our status as an Electro Freeze Authorized Service Company. This standing gives Hill Refrigeration the ability to file warranty claims on our customers' behalf as well as access to Electro Freeze's exclusive parts and knowledge database.
